Bandwidth Bonding combines data at the packet level, enabling you to combine the speed of multiple connections. This super-fast tunnel provides the best connection for critical data that needs to be sent or received as quickly as possible.

EssentialCare is a subcription available for all Peplink products, EssentialCare includes the standard product warranty, InControl2 access, firmware upgrades, technical support and standard RMA.

In the event of an outage, SpeedFusion Hot Failover will immediately and seamlessly switch traffic to another available tunnel and back when the connection is back online.

InControl is Peplink's cloud-based management platform. When connected to your devices, it collects data to generate useful reports on all aspects of your network. On a single screen, you can push configurations to all your hardware. With InControl, you can save configuration time, stay updated on the status of your network and proactively troubleshoot problems quickly and accurately.

Peplink's PepVPN is the patented VPN technology on which SpeedFusion is based. It is ideal for setting up a secure tunnel over any WAN Connection and is possibly the world's easiest machine-to-machine VPN technology.

PrimeCare is a subscription available for selected devices. These devices have specific models with part numbers ending in -PRM to indicate compatibility with PrimeCare.

PrimeCare includes InControl2, warranty with standard RMA, FusionHub licence, SpeedFusion bonding and SpeedFusion Cloud Usage. These features are not available separately for PrimeCare products.

SmartCare is a subscription available for Blue Chip models only. SmartCare includes all the listed features of EssentialCare, plus advance hardware replacement. This means that in case of an RMA, a new replacement will be shipped the next business day.

The Balance routers are designed for locations where multiple fixed connections are available with multiple backup options such as data centres or offices. Balance routers can be used as a bonding router or as a load balancer. Some even have a 4G or 5G modem built in as an additional backup option.

All Peplink products are divided into three main categories: Blue-Chip, Velocity and Volume-Based Series.

MAX Series distinguish themselves with their wireless connections. Whereas the Balance Series focuses mainly on fixed connections, with the MAX Series you can combine various 4G/5G and WiFi connections for redundancy. Locations where no fixed connection is available you can set up a reliable connection with the MAX Series.
